Designation of an organization as fraternal to Shubel Morgan means that that organization upholds those elements of Maoism applied to the contemporary struggle against imperialism deemed by us as essential to maintaining a Maoist communist direction. We call these essential ideological elements cardinal principles. Shubel Morgan will consider as fraternal only those organizations which uphold the following cardinal principles.
1. Uphold Marxism-Leninism-Maoism! This will mean grasping the Maoist understanding that under socialism, under the dictatorship of the proletariat, a new bourgeoisie arises within the party itself – a new bourgeoisie intending to restore capitalism. A genuine Maoist understanding of this process entails grasping the need for continuous revolution in the superstructure during socialist construction.
2. Uphold the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution! China‘s Maoist Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution represents the necessary continuous revolution in the superstructure during socialist construction to prevent the restoration of capitalism. As such, the GPCR remains the farthest advance toward communism in history. Important political knowledge remains to be gained from the Cultural Revolution, where much history and struggle is still unclear. Fraternal organizations are expected to uphold the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution in genuine Maoist fashion, i.e., siding with the proletarian forces of the GPCR.
3. Uphold Maoist analysis of the imperialist, parasitic First World! Maoists are Marxists, and under the Marxist labor theory of value there exists no significant proletariat in the bourgeoisified First World, only a reactionary labor aristocracy in grand cheerleading support of their imperialist benefactors. The international proletariat exists primarily in the exploited and oppressed Third World.
4. Uphold the national liberation struggles of captive oppressed nations! Within North America the white nation of amerikkka still occupies many oppressed nations. Maoists uphold the struggles for national liberation of Occupied Mexico, the Black Nation, the First Nations, and Boricua.
5. Uphold the broad united front against the principle enemy of the world’s peoples – U$ imperialism! Upholding the united front against the principal enemy is one of the fundamental lessons of Maoism. Lessons, as Comrade Lin Biao says, learned in blood.
6. Uphold genuine Maoism! Trotskyism and other attempts at imperialist infiltration into the proletarian movement are out! Maoist organizations prove their Maoism or lack of it by their political line and action. Organizations which call themselves Maoist but engage in Trotskyist work are Trotskyist organizations. Organizations which call themselves Maoist but attempt to form Trotskyist labor aristocracy cominterns are Trotskyist organizations as well. Organizations which call themselves Maoist but engage in pig work are pig organizations.
Shubel Morgan explicitly designates fraternal organizations. Links to other organizations imply only our assessment that they are genuine contributors to the anti-imperialist united front.
